Our program is sales and operations based, featuring superior training both the in the classroom and at our corporate stores.


At Golf USA, we understand that it is only through your success that we are successful. Our support services start prior to you becoming a Golf USA franchisee. Pre-opening support such as assistance in developing a business plan; site selection assistance; lease negotiation; store fixture requirements and opening inventory requirements.

The Golf USA support team is committed to providing the assistance that you need to get your business off to a smooth start and keep it performing productively. As part of our Fast Start Program, your will receive in store assistance to get your store off to a great start. We will help you train your staff, stock and display your original inventory, and recommend advertising programs to enhance your market presence. Within the first year of operation you will receive multiple store visits from a member of the support team.

Being in constant communication with one of our corporate store managers further enhances your support. Who better to obtain information from than an experienced individual performing the same business activities as you and who can bring his success formula, knowledge and expertise to you?


By pooling resources into an advertising fund, Golf USA storeowners can reap the rewards of the highest quality products at a much lower cost. Few independent retailers could afford the quality, effectiveness and scope of materials that are provided to you as a participant in the Golf USA advertising fund. Included in the materials your ad fund provides are television spots, direct mail pieces, radio scripts, in store signage and point of purchase display. Camera-ready art for newspaper advertising is provided more than twenty times per year.

A Golf USA newsletter is produced to keep you informed and current with what’s happening with Golf USA stores nationwide. Additionally, the marketing team will advise you on pre-opening and grand opening marketing and advertising activities--another service provided to help assure your store gets off to a great start. After your store opens, assistance is available to help you develop and implement effective marketing plans and strategies.


We will provide extensive classroom training, as well as the opportunity for each person attending training class to participate in store operations training at one of our operating modules. The training program is taught by our employees, but product manufactures and support program vendors may also address the classes about their products and services. Upon completion of the training program you will have a good understanding of how to effectively operate your Golf USA franchise store.



As a Golf USA storeowner, you have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other franchisees at our annual meeting. This meeting provides a forum for discussing topics of particular interest to our franchisees. In addition you will benefit from attending name brand vendor exhibits, seminars, and workshops designed to improve your operations, marketing, and sales, as well as hearing guest speakers with new ideas and management techniques that can enhance the overall performance of your store.
